The TECH Clean California initiative offers incentives funded both directly by the program and through other external funding sources, including HEEHRA rebates.

Incentives offered through TECH Clean California are available for contractors installing heat pumps and heat pump water heaters to qualifying customers throughout the state of California. Each funding source may have different eligibility requirements.
